Bass Metalcraft designs and builds continuous wall-to-wall AC covers for luxury apartments, penthouses and residential high-rises across New York City and the tri-state area. Rather than leaving individual units exposed, our enclosures run the full length of the wall in one clean, uninterrupted line, concealing AC units, piping and controls behind a refined architectural surface. Every run is made to measure in our own shop, where we handle laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly in-house, so each cover aligns precisely with window mullions, wraps columns and corners, and finishes cleanly with custom end caps. Choose from extruded aluminum, linear bar or perforated faces paired with formed sheet metal panels, all powder coated to match the building's mullions or any color and finish your architect or designer specifies.
