Bass Metalcraft designs and builds extruded aluminum radiator covers for high-end residential high-rises across New York City and the tri-state area. Each enclosure combines precision extruded aluminum grilles on the face and top with formed sheet metal mullion covers and top panels, creating a crisp, architectural profile that integrates with floor-to-ceiling glass and window walls. Every piece is made to measure in our own shop, where we handle laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly in-house, so runs align with window mullions, wrap columns and corners, and stay consistent from unit to unit and floor to floor. All components are powder coated to match the building's mullions or any color and finish the architect specifies, for a seamless look that reads as part of the facade rather than an afterthought. Removable sections provide easy access for maintenance, while the open grille design keeps heat flowing efficiently.
