Bass Metalcraft builds continuous wall-to-wall PTAC enclosures for commercial spaces across New York City and the tri-state area. Instead of boxing each unit separately, our enclosures run the full length of the wall in one clean line, concealing PTAC units, piping and wiring behind a seamless cover. Every run is made to measure in our own shop, where we handle laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly in-house, so we can work around columns, corners, window mullions and uneven walls, finishing each end with custom end caps. Choose from linear bar, perforated or louvered faces in steel or aluminum, with a range of powder-coat finishes to suit hotels, offices, schools, hospitals, senior living facilities and apartment buildings. Hinged access doors and removable panels at each unit keep controls and filters within easy reach, while open-area grilles let air flow freely.
